What type of careers are available for people to love to cook?

I love cooking, am extremely interested in nutrition and how food plays a part in good health. I want to study nutrition moreso then culinary arts, if I had to choose. What careers are out there? How can a person like me achieve them?

    Um……nutritionist.
    Diet counselor at Weight Watchers.

    Or, better idea: Tell Richard Simmons to put on some long pants already and retire, then you can take over his gig.

    VISIT A HOSPITAL AND TALK SOME DIETICIANS.LOOK ON THE INTERNET TOO. VISIT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY AND TALK WITH THE DIETICIAN. CHECK WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS CATALOGS ETC AND SEE WHAT THEY OFFER. VISIT A NURSING HOME AND TALK W/ THE DIETICIAN THERE. THERE MAYBE A REPUTABLE ON-LINE COARSE SO YOU CAN STAY AT HOME AND LEARN ETC. WHATEVER YOU DO LEARN- - - - - BECOME AN AUTHORITY ON IT.

    For something special events etc people are tried of weddings the same old stuffmeat chicken fishblah blah work alot of the table good luck.
    The trend seems to the trend seems to be creative and bring something special to be that groups are looking for alternative menus for alternative.
